Do I need to update my hardware?

You need to verify the system requirements of every product on the Products page to determine if you should upgrade your hardware or not. For DP Document Manager the system requirements can be accessed here

Can I install Data Prune Applications on my Apple device?

Sorry – Date Prune applications are currently only compatible with Microsoft Windows.

What is the product integration possibilities?

I lost or haven’t received my product key. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your product key within 5 minutes of your purchase, please check your Spam folder. If the key is still missing or lost, please contact support@dataprune.co.za

Is there a bulk licensing option?

Can I use DP Mail Extractor if I do not have CaseLines?

The CaseLines version of DP Mail Extractor is CaseLines specific.  The DP Mail Extractor for general use is currently under development and will be available for use soon.
