To learn more about each product, you should click the learn more button on the Home page right beneath the short description of each product. The product specific page will tell you how the program works, it’s features, images of what it looks like and the system requirements necessary to operate the software on your PC.  We encourage you to download the free trial option of the product before you make a purchase.  By using the free trial version of the product, you will learn what the product entails and you will be able to confirm if the product meets your specific requirements.  We reserve the right to implement any changes to software, website content and terms of use whenever they are considered necessary by us.  For more information on the licencing conditions of each product, please refer to the End User Licence Agreement section of this website.

 

 

5.    Delivery policy:

 

When you download the free trial version of the product, the product will be delivered to you in electronic format immediately after completion of the download.   You may only download a free trial version of the product once.  To continue to use the product after expiry of the free trial period, you should upgrade to a paid version of the product.  Subject to receipt of your payment for the paid version of the product, we will, as soon as possible, but not later than 3 business days after receipt of your payment, email the product validation key to you.  The product validation key will grant you continued access to the product.

 

6.    Return and refunds policy:

7.    Privacy Policy

8.    Payment options accepted

 

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into our Dataprune bank account, the details of which will be provided to you on request.

You are entitled to withdraw from an electronic transaction before finally placing an order.

 

9.    Card acquiring and security

 

Card transactions will be acquired for Dataprune via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.  DPO PayGate uses the strictest from of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website.  Users may go to https://www.paygate.co.za/ to view their security certificate and security policy.

 

10.    Customer details separate from card details

 

Customer details will be stored by Dateprune separately from card details which are entered by you on DPO PayGate’s secure site.  For more detail on DPO refer to https://www.paygate.co.za/.

 

11.    Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

 

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.  Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

 

12.    Responsibility

 

We take responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on the website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

 

13.    Country of domicile
